💳 Custom Tent Deposit & Payment Policy

A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to begin your custom pop-up tent order. The deposit secures your spot in production and allows us to start the design process.

The remaining balance must be paid within 2 weeks of placing the deposit. Once the final design is approved and the balance is paid, your tent will move into production. Because each tent is custom made, the deposit is nonrefundable.

Customers who pay their remaining balance using Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp will receive free shipping and we will cover the sales tax as a thank-you for using direct payment.

Customers who choose to pay the remaining balance with a credit card will receive an updated invoice that includes applicable shipping fees and sales tax. 🏁
